1st September - Club Membership fees for the 2005-06 season should be paid by this date.
4th September - Sunday - Season starts with a home game for the under 8's against the newly formed Thames Minis
25th September - Sunday - Home training fixtures for U7 to U14 against Basildon
Matches, festivals and training are normally held on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. New players are always welcome. The new season starts in September 2005 and under 7, under 8, under 9, under 10, under 11, under 12, under 13 and under 14 sides will have full fixture lists for the season, including festivals. Stanford Minis enjoyed a fun day on Sunday 11th July 2004, despite the threat of rain. The parents got together for a drink and enjoyed a barbeque, while the children had fun on the bouncy castle. The players got their own back on Minis coach Kyran McDonald, when they paid to pelt him with wet sponges. They then played touch rugby, many children for the first time, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This was followed by some flat races and then a team obstacle race. The object of the day was for the children to have a good time, and for the parents to get to know each other better, and this was certainly achieved.
